Position Summary: Aetna Resources LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in New York, NY: Lead Director, Healthcare Analytics Strategy and Product Management to design cross-functional solutions to address strategic business and data analytics problems enabling the Analytics & Behavior Change organization to deliver new, innovative solutions for enterprise clients across CVS Health; serve as an integral member of the Strategy & New Business Development team, tasked to develop large-scale data analytics initiatives to ensure that enterprise clients incorporate new data assets and capabilities for a competitive advantage and effectively serve customers; apply innovative behavioral data science techniques to incubate and develop business plans for commercializing new business opportunities that will result in viable, scalable opportunities for generating top-line business value and lead end-to-end development of strategic business, financial, and operations plan; execute an analytics product strategy that will ultimately deliver innovative solutions and capture net new revenue streams by integrating best-in-class feature sets to create a unique value proposition; evaluate new, transformative analytics capabilities based on emerging trends in the marketplace to activate and scale high potential and impact opportunities with a focus on growth; establish and guide business intelligence and research processes associated with current and future-state strategic business initiatives and operations; develop and maintain executive-level communications to assist in and secure buy-in for leadership-level decision-making; create consistent, efficient, and cost-effective processes with a focus on sustainable growth for data analytics products; lead special projects with broad organizational impact; develop and sustain close working partnerships with internal enterprise stakeholders, external vendors, and strategic partners as required in the development of initiatives and relevant execution plans for Analytics & Behavioral Change products. Telecommuting available. 10% travel required within the U.S. for in-person meetings with data science and analytics teams. Multiple Openings. - Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field, and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Requires four (4) years of experience in each of the following: predictive analytics for payor or life science data sets; data visualization with Power BI and Tableau; AWS, Alteryx and SQL for analytics; regression and random forest machine learning models; advanced PowerPoint, including executive-level decks; healthcare product management; JIRA and Confluence for project management; financial modeling and valuation; and new market evaluation and business case assessment for digital products. Telecommuting available. Pay Range: $163238.00/year to $280000.00/year.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
