As a Systems V&V Engineer, you will be responsible for working closely with system and software engineering teams to provide verification testing of Military Radios. You will also thrive on tackling challenges, as the position requires the use of problem-solving skills and an action-oriented mindset to address problems and, contribute to project goals.

This position will sit at our Aguadilla, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment.

What YOU will do:


  • Define and review systems requirements for several systems.

  • Conduct requirements-based testing for large complex systems.

  • Identify and document architecturally significant requirements and technical risk areas.

  • May serve as system lead in integration, verification, and validation for large complex systems.

  • Estimate, track, manage and report status relating to technical, cost, schedule, and risk performance for assigned scope of work which may span across multiple projects.

  • Recommend new approaches, tools and techniques that drive continuous improvement in technical development processes.

Education & Experience:

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications you must have:


  • Demonstrated professional experience communicating in English (verbal and written).

  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

  • Must have or be capable of obtaining/maintaining an active U.S. Government security clearance at the Secret level or higher. Candidate selected will be subject to a government security investigation/reinstatement and must meet eligibility requirements.

Skills we value:


  • Experience with requirements management tools such as DOORS, Jama, or Polarion

  • Experience with programming in MATLAB, C/C++, Python, or other programming language

  • Knowledge of modern system software development processes

  • Development experience in one or more of the following technical areas: Electromechanical Hardware, Software, Communications systems, Network and Infrastructure

  • Awareness of Agile/Scrum methodologies, DevOps practices (prior experience not a requirement).
