Graphic Designer & Creative Strategist

We are seeking a talented Creative Designer to join our growing Central Media Strategy & Research team. This position will work alongside the media strategy team and sales executives to create high-quality visual content that aligns with core messaging and brand identity. Programs include internal B2B marketing and external client presentations. Along with collaborating with the local marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.

Job Requirements

  • 5 + years of graphic design experience or a similar role
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
  • Able to communicate effectively with internal team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Ready to work in a fast-paced environment to adhere to deadlines
  • Conceptualize and develop creative visual solutions for strategic client presentations, marketing materials, and other initiatives.
  • Develop high-quality graphics using industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual content, ensuring adherence to brand style guides.
  • Stay up to date on design trends and industry best practices.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic design skills and a clear understanding of visual design principles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills..
  • May be required to create basic animations or motion graphics including mapping (depending on qualifications).
