As a Senior Oracle Human Resources Functional Consultant, you’ll excel in Oracle HCM Cloud modules like Core HR, Compensation, HR Helpdesk, and Talent Management. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you tailor Oracle HCM to meet business needs and offer ongoing support. Your expertise contributes to project planning, solution design, and implementation, aligning with best practices. The ideal candidate boasts extensive Oracle HCM experience, profound process understanding, and sharp analytical skills.

 

WHAT OUR Senior Oracle Human Resources Functional Consultants ENJOY MOST

 

  • Actively and consistently supporting all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience

  • Serving as the primary subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Cloud, including Core HR and Compensation modules 

  • Collaborating with HR business partners to understand requirements and translating them into solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud 

  • Configuring, personalizing, and maintaining Oracle HCM Cloud modules to meet evolving business needs and compliance requirements 

  • Leading system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to HR operations 

  • Leading and participating in cross-functional projects related to HR technology initiatives 

  • Providing end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems related to Oracle HCM Cloud 

  • Developing and maintaining system documentation, including business process flows, configuration guides, and training materials 

  • Analyzing data and generating reports to support HR analytics, decision-making, and regulatory compliance 

  • Partnering with IT and other stakeholders to integrate Oracle HCM Cloud with other systems and applications 

  • Staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new features within Oracle HCM Cloud, recommending opportunities for improvement and innovation 
  • Performing other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

 

Required Qualifications


  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or a combination of education and experience

  • Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud modules

  • Ability to adhere to established processing timeframes and make decisions independently

  • Ability to work on multiple projects with shifting priorities

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Ability to anticipate problems and respond accordingly

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences

  • Strategic thinking skills with demonstrated experience developing and implementing solutions to issues

  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights

  • Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage stakeholders effectively

  • Experience working in a HR technology or analytical role – 5+ years

  • Experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud, with a focus on configuration, administration, and support - 3 years

  • Experience in continuous process improvement, including technology upgrades and implementation

 

Preferred Qualifications

 


  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s)

  • Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, with experience in Core HR and Compensation

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field

  • Experience with HCM implementations and system integrations
