• You'll handle troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems in homes.
• Communicate with homeownersbreak down the techy talk into human terms, so they feel comfortable and clued in.
• Stay sharp with regular training on the latest in electrical tech and safety standards.

Who You Are:

• Youre officially licensed as a Residential Wireman or Journeyman to work as an electrician in Texas.
• You've been in the game for at least 3 years, ideally with a focus on service and repair.
• Troubleshooting ninja? Thats what were looking for!
• You're all about keeping customers happy and can handle any curveballs with a cool head.
• Independent, good with time management, and ready to hustle.
• Physically fit to lift, climb, and crawl without breaking a sweat.
• Clean driving record? Check. Thats a must.
• Clean background? Yep, we require it!
