We are looking for a talented Purchasing Analyst to join our team specializing in purchasing for our corporate segment in Minneapolis, MN.
Collects Information, Inputs data from Various sources and conducts analysis to support sourcing work .
Analyzes sourcing information and presents findings
support and or leads some "special" projects within the category scope.
Supports procurement team in activities such as benchmarking, Vendor management, process analysis, market and industry research and model building.
Assists in the process of evaluating vendors' based on analysis of performance data
Qualifications
Action-oriented - taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy and enthusiasm.
Balances stakeholders - Anticipating and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders
Communicates effectively - developing and delivering multi-mode communications that clearly understand different audiences' unique needs.
Work assignments:
Analysis of Raw Quality data from suppliers to enable SQE teams to drive actional improvement
Analysis of Indirect spending data to highlight savings opportunities across branches and MRC’s
Quote History analysis to enable benchmarking tool at a power node level
Supplier One pagers – an administrative task that improves visibility and understanding of the supplier landscape
Compensation and Benefits
Hourly pay range for this position is $14.81.
