Assistant Baseball Coach | Illinois Wesleyan University - Military Veterans

Illinois Wesleyan University, a NCAA Division III institution and member of the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin, invites applications for the full-time, 10-month position of Assistant Baseball Coach . Assist the head coach in all aspects of the program, including, but not limited to player/individual and team development with preference given to candidates with experience in hitting/fielding. Ability to recruit, retain, develop and provide a positive student-athlete experience. Secondary responsibility also includes Academic Advising for the School of Business and Economics. Additional duties as assigned by the Head Coach and Athletic Director. The successful candidate will have excellent skills in using technology to enhance program operations and recruiting, as well as, a commitment to understanding and adhering to NCAA/CCIW Rules. Requirements:

Minimum of one (1) year experience at the collegiate level or high school head coaching preferred

Bachelors degree is required

Valid drivers license

Salary $35-$40k, based on experience
