Service Engineer - Military Veterans

This client developed a unique digital technology called Nanography, a new category of printing for the commercial, packaging and publishing markets. Essentially, they helped create the most sophisticated printing computer machines used in almost every packaging maker across the country.

They are looking to hire Service Engineers who will be part of the service team that will complete machine start up, demonstration, maintenance, and repair services and remote support. They need folks with any sort of mechanical, electrical or electronics background that they can train into the role. They need folks that enjoy learning state-of-the-art equipment and can be the face of the organization, enjoy maintenance and want to grow!

Responsibilities:

- Transfer of technical knowledge to press operators to resolve on-site technical issues

- Escalate complex issues to the company's worldwide teams to ensure optimal and effective treatment of customer issues

- Harness technical knowledge on the technical aspects of the presses, to maximize both press production and productivity

- Perform low risk troubleshooting and repairs on the designated equipment

- Perform supervised calibrations, installations, and preventative maintenance

- Read, analyze, interpret, and follow signal flow on blueprints, schematics and wiring diagrams

- Prior to new machine shipment contact or, when required, personally visit the customer to thoroughly review and gain the customer's agreement to install the machine in accordance with company's installation recommendations

Most days you will be going to the same customer site in a designated area; there may be times when you have to travel to other customer sites, but that is not the norm. You will receive full on-board and training to learn the machinery, including 2 weeks in Israel.

Base salary, depending on location, $75 - $80K. Full benefits that are 100% paid for individual, $250 for family coverage, STD, LTD, a 401k w/4% match, and relocation.
