The Medical Receptionist II is responsible for performing front office functions relating to the in-take and check out of patients in the clinic setting. This job requires a high level of flexibility and excellent communication skills as well as the ability to adapt to changes as they occur in both staffing levels as well as patient volumes.
Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent.
At least two years' experience in a medical office.
Understanding of diversified insurance plans.
Knowledge of coding and medical terminology.
Exhibit good interpersonal and communication skills.
Maturity to withstand pressure that may arise in relation to the public and physician.
