Document Controllers - Military Veterans

Position Summary:

STS Aviation Services is rapidly growing and seeking Document Controllers to join our team in Birmingham. As a key player in our journey to becoming the leading UK MRO, you’ll be part of an exciting and dynamic organization where your contributions make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and quality check completed job cards within Base Maintenance.



• Quality check completed Line Maintenance job cards.



• Close completed job cards within Base Maintenance Work Packages (both paper and electronic).



• Scan job cards from Base and Line Maintenance to customers and into STS Job Files.



• Monitor complete and incomplete job cards within Work Packages for reporting and quality checking.



• Perform general clerical duties, including setting up files and managing computerized data entry.

Skills & Experience:

• Knowledge of Aircraft Base and Line Maintenance preferred but not essential.



• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.



• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and Word.



• Well-organized and disciplined.



• Calm and professional under pressure.



• Excellent customer relationship skills.



• Effective communicator, both verbal and written.



• Supports others to achieve individual and company objectives.



• Promotes company values.



• Flexible approach – shift work may be required.
