Service Product Line Management III Senior - (E2S) - Military Veterans

CSG SBU is seeking a team player who is passionate about driving technical programs in a cross-functional environment, participating in new product introductions, and contributing to development of innovative service products. This role requires an engineering degree, strong analytical problem-solving skills, and experience performing data analysis using software packages. We are looking for a self-starter. The successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

· Support service continuity strategies including part obsolescence, replacements, and forecasting models.

· Perform in-depth data analysis and modeling across key service and spares business areas.

· Help with definition of service product roadmaps, new service capability development, productization and market proliferation.

· Assist to incorporate marketing requirements, business processes and elements of technical design to commercialize service solutions.

· Provide guidance on pricing. Assist to define spares strategies, and restricted part orders.

· Drive analytics capability development to drive business process improvement.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Strong analytical skills using software tools and presentation skills are a must.

· Explains complex information to others in straightforward situation.

· Analyzes potential solutions using technical experience, data insights and precedents.

· Product Management or Technical Program Management experience in technical industry.

Functional Knowledge

Ideal candidate has exposure to capital equipment design and maintenance. Semiconductor equipment preferred.

Interprets business issues and recommends best practices; takes a broad perspective to identify solutions.

Required Education and/or Certifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline, additional business degree or qualifications are plus.

Years of Experience:

2-4 years of hands-on experience, specifically working with semiconductor process equipment

U.S. Salary Range:

$120,000.00 - $165,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
