Part Time: 1:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. M-F, Saturdays as scheduled

POSITION SUMMARY

Idealcandidate is seeking long term employment with room for advancement, iscommitted to excellent customer service while complying with policy andprocedure, and has an outstanding personality.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Otherduties may be assigned.

Payingand Receiving Teller for retail and commercial businesses, knowledge of aRecycler useful

Processmultiple transactions accurately

Sellmoney orders and official checks

PromoteBancFirst services through cross selling banking products to new and existingclientele, minimum goals and sales incentive will apply

Extraordinarycustomer service will be required at all times

Consistentexecution of policies and procedures

Assistwith other job related duties as requested by supervisor/manager

REQUIREMENTS

HighSchool Graduate or High School equivalency

Knowledgeof teller cash limits, teller machines, and preparation of teller work

Abilityto balance teller cash and maintain acceptable balancing percentages as definedby management

MaintainBranch cash vault (if applicable)

Knowledgeof consignment items and their issuance

Ableto perform in a highly sensitive environment, deal with confidential mattersand meet deadlines

Workwell individually and with a team while maintaining a positive attitude

Mustdemonstrate a business professional image and demeanor

Mustbe able to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing

Workwell under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks

Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods oftime during the workday

Must be able to lift (on occasion) 10-20 pounds

Critical thinking skills

Excellent work ethic

Must be flexible and able to work additional hourswhen crucial to the branch environment

Able to perform opening and closing duties whilemaintaining security standards

Regular attendanceand punctuality is an essential function of the job

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Constant use of computer screens

Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear

Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching

Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday

Long periods of typing and repetitive motion

Ability to lift and/or move and carry 10-25 pounds (cash canisters, coin boxes/bags)
