Job Summary:
A wonderful opportunity for a Board Certified OBGYN to practice as an OB Hospitalist in Corpus Christ, Texas.- Minimum of 7 shifts/month
- Approximately 21-22 days off per month
- 24 hour shifts
- Performs deliveries/rounding on inpatients
- No clinic responsibilities
- No patient phone calls
- The L&D is a wonderful balance of kindness and patient safety
- Very positive collaboration with Critical Care team and Emergency team
- First assists available to support both OB hospitalists and private physicians
- Great back-up call system
- Collaboration with affiliated MFM and neonatology providers
- Providing emergency/unassigned/OBED care, call coverage and assisting with management of transports
- Dynamic opportunity for the right candidate
- Spanish speaking is a plus
- Guaranteed hourly rate
- Additional hourly incentive for more than 7 shifts/month
