Use electric-powered industrial trucks with lifting devices to move products, equipment, and materials while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures. Ensure the proper loading and unloading of materials onto or off pallets, skids, or lifting devices.
Join Our Team as a Forklift Operator at Lineage Logistics!

Are you a skilled forklift operator eager to contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic team in the food logistics industry? Lineage Logistics is looking for talented individuals to join us as Forklift Operators. In this vital role, you'll ensure the safe and efficient movement of materials within our facilities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials onto pallets, skids, or other designated areas.


• Use a Radio Frequency (RF) system to record weights, counts, and conditions of frozen food products.


• Perform daily maintenance checks on forklifts and complete required maintenance forms.


• Lead safety checks, including truck chalking and glad-hand processes, ensuring all safety measures are followed.


• Communicate with semi-truck drivers to coordinate safe material handling.


• Monitor battery levels, maintain battery equipment, and store forklifts at the proper charging station.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Operate other material handling equipment as needed.

Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):

• Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions.


• Ability to work in cold storage environments (down to -20°F/-25°C) and dry storage areas (up to 100°F/37°C) while wearing company-provided protective gear.


• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs. (may vary by facility).


• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends.


• Comfortable working in noisy environments at times.

Pay Range:$15.20 - $25.65
