Cable Technician (Secret Cleared) - Military Veterans

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Secret Cleared Cable Technician to work for our client supporting the ARMY located on Ft. Belvoir, VA.
Responsibilities of the Cable Technician include:
- Assisting lead technicians with rough-in cable
- Pulling, Terminating, Testing CAT 5E/CAT 6 Cable
- Will be testing cables with Fluke Network Testers
- Knowledgeable with fiber terminations
- Experience with drop downs through the walls
Qualifications for the Cable Technician include:
- Must be willing to work on ladders and get into ceilings to pull cable
- Must have their own means of reliable transportation
- Familiarity with Fiber Optic Cable
- Must have an Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
Compensation for the Cable Technician include:
- Salary Range: $20-28/hr. **depending on experience
