Responsibilities
Raison dtre de lemploi
Le/la paie-matre joue un rle de premier plan dans la production de la paie pour plusieurs dpartements de notre entreprise. En plus, de cette responsabilit importante, la personne choisie, sassurera de la conformit dans le processus interne et des lois qubcoises et canadiennes.
Ce que nous offrons :
- Salaire partir de 34.94$/heure;
- Poste hybride (tltravail);
- Assurance collective complte, pay 100% par lemployeur;
- REER 6% et gal par lemployeur;
- 14 jours fris par anne, dont 8 regroups la priode des ftes;
- Comit mieux-tre et club social.
Responsabilits principales
- Responsable de la production hebdomadaire et/ou bihebdomadaire de la paie;
- Sassure que lensemble des rglementations et lments de la convention collective soit respect;
- Analyse les carts, ajuste ceux-ci et effectue le contrle qualit et lexactitude de la paie;
- Responsable de lanalyse et de la production des diffrents rapports.
Qualifications
Ajoute tes comptences aux ntres
- DEC en administration option finance ou scolarit et exprience juges quivalentes;
- Au moins 2 ans dexprience dans un poste similaire;
- Excellente maitrise Excel et connaissance du logiciel AS/400 (MAPICS) et Nethris, un atout.
