- Manage in-plant warehouse operations and outsourced operation ( 3 PL )
- Manage raw material inventory and response to audit by audit firm.
- Communicate with 3PL and review the contract.
- 工場内の倉庫業務と,外部委託先(3PL)の倉庫を管理する.
- 原材料の在庫管理と監査法人の監査対応 .
- 3PLとの契約を確認 ,管理.
In this role you will:
- Manage and supervise operations related to raw materials and semi-finished products supplied to the plant manufacturing department.
- Make plans and implement plans to review the outsourced facilities, equipment, personnel, etc. in order to quickly respond to these changes. Additionally, if necessary, needs to develop new outsourcing partners and set up a 3PL external warehouse.
- Perform daily management to ensure that the outsourced 3PL external warehouse can always respond to the factory's production without any problems.
- Maintain a organization that allows in-house departments to reliably support outsourced companies, and manage and supervise them.
- 工場製造部門に供給する原材料・半製品に関する業務を管理・監督する.
- 変化に迅速に対応するため,委託先の施設,設備,人員等を見直す計画を立案し,実施する.さらに必要に応じて新しい外部パートナーを開拓し,3PL外部倉庫を設定する必要がある.
- 外注した3PL外部倉庫が工場の精算に常に問題なく対応できるよう,日々の管理を行う.
- 社内部門が確実に外注先を支援できる組織を整備し,管理・監督する.
Traits we believe make a strong candidate (このポジションにふさわしい特徴) :
- Native Japanese, business level English
- Experience in distribution center or warehouse management.
- Knowledge and experience regarding outsourcing, logistics , contract, inventory control and people management.
- Work experience in manufacturing industry
- Experience using ERP, preferably SAP
- Basic IT skills, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- College graduate or above

・倉庫管理あるいは配送センターでの経験
・アウトソーシング,物流,契約,インベントリーコントロールや人的管理の経験や知識
・製造業での就業経験
・ ERP システムの使用経験(特に SAP 使用経験があれば望ましい)
・基本的な IT スキル,エクセル,ワード,パワーポイントなど
・大学学部卒以上
