This position is Onsite - Not Remote or Hybrid

What you will do:



  • The Sales Development Representative is the link between the Outside Sales team and the prospect. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for developing and generating a quality sales pipeline for the outside sales team.


  • Research and pre-qualify potential new prospects.


  • Follow up on Warm Leads generated by the marketing team.


  • Identify key decision makers and update database list of contacts.


  • Reaching out via phone and email, quickly and confidently establishing rapport


  • Listening and uncovering potential opportunities for The Morris Company.


  • Provide accurate quotes to prospects and follow up on requests.


  • Deliver on Key Performance Indicators (critical metrics-KPI's) to get results.


  • Other tasks aligned with points listed above.

What you will bring



  • BS/BA College Degree


  • 1-2 years previous work experience in a customer facing role (prior experience in an outbound call environment is not required, although preferred)


  • Strong desire to learn and advance in a sales career
