Experience teaching, especially in institutions of higher education. Experience teaching in multiple modalities: online, in-person, and hybrid. Experience leading or facilitating initiatives, programs, projects, or grants that contribute to student access, learning, and success. Demonstrated success working with diverse disciplines. Experience in program planning, management, assessment, and evaluation. Organizational and time management skills, including project management skills. Experience and expertise in the assessment of educational development programming. Evidence of participation in scholarly work related to teaching and learning in higher education. Ability to develop cross-campus relationships that allow for connecting faculty members to appropriate resources that will support their overall success in the institution.
