Responsibilities
Travaillant dans lquipe dingnierie de projets, le titulaire du poste aura comme mandat la gestion de projets requis pour la ralisation du plan stratgique de lentreprise et ce de la conception jusqu la qualification. Il sera responsable de coordonner les ressources financires et humaines afin de respecter les livrables.
Plus prcisment, le mandat du charg de projets comporte les dfis suivants :
- Effectue la planification des projets par la mise en place de lchancier, lvaluation des ressources, et lvaluation des cots requis pour la ralisation des projets;
- Effectue les revues de conception sur les quipements avec lquipe et sassure que les requis techniques seront rencontrs;
- Coordonne les activits du projet avec les diffrents dpartements (ingnierie, conception, entretien, gnie industriel et production) pour la ralisation des projets et en effectue le suivi en quipe;
- Sassure de la scurit des quipements;
- Participe llaboration de nouveaux produits et procds et de nouveaux processus daffaires;
- Apporte le support technique de ses champs de spcialit dans la ralisation des projets stratgiques et des requis oprationnels de lentreprise;
- Contribue lidentification dopportunits permettant lentreprise de raliser son plan stratgique;
- Effectue toutes autres tches connexes.
Qualifications
- BAC en gnie mcanique ou industriel
- Exprience pertinente 5 7 ans comme gestionnaire de projets
- tre membre de l'Ordre des Ingnieurs du Qubec
- Connaissance dun logiciel et conception 3D tel que Solid Works
- Bilinguisme (franais-anglais) parl et crit est essentiel
- Certification PMP serait un atout
