Assistant research Scientist - Part Time Non-exempt (Aoki Lab) | New York University - Military Veterans

The Aoki Lab is seeking a part-time Assistant Research Scientist to assist in basic medical research in the field of mental health. BS in biology with a minor in psychology or a BS in neuroscience preferred. Experience with wet-lab procedures, such as PCR, Western blotting, and immunocytochemistry are desirable. In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the salary range for this position is $18/hr - $26/hr. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) the specific grant funding and the terms of the research grant when extending an offer .
