TRAINING AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Classroom instruction experience.
  • Ability to travel 75% of the time (50% expected).
  • Good interpersonal skills.


  • EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Understanding of motor theory.
  • Experience or knowledge in motor rewind and repair.

  • Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Provide qualified training to customers.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers.
  • Maintain notes in database with details of customer support issues.


  • ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work to increase the positive motivation and team effort of the company.
  • Submit training reports after each course.
  • Provide input and research required to increase the quality of classroom instruction and materials in the training courses.
  • Provide written and verbal feedback on product improvement recommendations from customers.
  • Responsible for complying with policies and procedures outlined in the corporate Quality Assurance Manual.
  • Handle other requests from management on a timely basis.
