Overview:

Seeking electromechanical technicians willing to travel nationwide with a passion for troubleshooting industrial equipment and strong customer service skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Install, service, and repair mechanical and electronic equipment at customer and manufacturing sites.
• Utilizes hand tools and test equipment to perform work including multimeters.
• Requires knowledge of equipment specifications.
• Discusses engineering problems relating to maintenance or operation of equipment.
• Train customers on equipment operation
• Act as troubleshooting support from phone when needed
• Supports sales for product demonstrations
• Will be asked to travel extensively around the United States.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the manager.

• Require minimal direct supervision.
• Organizational skills.
• Microsoft Outlook and Excel knowledge.
• Expert knowledge of supplied machinery.
• Ability to accurately and effectively communicate problems and suggest possible solutions.
• Travel up to 75% of the time is required.

• Knowledge of Electrical Systems
• Ability to replace Electronics
• Knowledge of Mechanical Systems
• 1 year of Field Service Experience
