Job Type: Full-time Job Description: The All Children Succeeding Project Director will be responsible for supervising all Syracuse University team members and consultants on the Project. The Project Director will also oversee the Syracuse University Project Management Plan and the timely delivery of Project Activities. Will lead efforts to improve inclusive education for students with disabilities in Uzbekistan through IHE professional development and ISP development. Responsible for overseeing facilitation of professional development and support activities in Uzbekistan. Based in Syracuse, this position requires both remote work and foreign travel. Qualifications: Masters degree in education or related field. Minimum two years of experience in inclusive education or related supports. Professional development experience. Familiarity with budget and data management. Experience with provision of administrative oversight. Job Specific Qualifications: Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills. Proven ability to maintain confidential information. International experience preferred. Responsibilities: Conduct project audit of existing programs, courses, certification requirements related to disability. This will include work at the home office plus two multi-week on-site visits in Uzbekistan. Program Development to include curriculum and/or course development, syllabi updating/development, development of teacher competencies for inclusive education. This activity will primarily take place in the home office with consultation with the team in Uzbekistan. Development of inclusive practicum/student teaching placements and assignments aligned with inclusive ed. This will require significant collaboration with the IHE in Uzbekistan as well as the school system. This activity will include a multi-week site visit. Monitor grant expenses prepare financial paperwork for the grant. Monitor grant objectives and outcomes. Coordinate and provide training for IHE Faculty. Trainings will be provided monthly via online remote format, and twice per year in person in Uzbekistan.
