Faculty Associate of Research AD-1701-03 | Naval Postgraduate School - Military Veterans

The Office of Research and Innovation at the Naval Postgraduate School invites applications for faculty associate positions who will support applied research activities utilizing emerging technology. Applicants should have experience in any subset of the following areas: programming (C/C++, python, java) and software development/integration, edge computing, electronics, data science, data management, AI/ML, sensor integration, complex networking, and 5G systems. Duties will include working with faculty in support of research activities in emerging technology, assisting with the development and execution of research plans, setting up and building out lab facilities, supporting innovation activities, and supporting experimental data analysis.

Required Qualifications :

An Earned graduate degree in a discipline that supports the research line and departmental thesis needs.

Demonstrated aptitude for scientific research; and

Demonstrated ability to work with student researchers.

US Citizenship is required.
