Senior Logistics Analyst

As a Senior Logistic Analyst at Getinge, you are part of the Logistics EMEA organization, playing a crucial role in analyzing and reporting data to support improvement activities in the overall goods flow of Getinge. This includes designing and implementing optimization efforts for logistical processes and order management, including developing and maintaining relevant analytical tools to optimize product availability, inventory value, and logistical costs. You will have a strong focus on the functionality of the ERP SAP system and its interaction with other IT tools used by our partners.

Your core tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Develop and maintain reports and analytical tools to establish global reporting standards
• Collaborate with IT to enhance reporting architecture.
• Support technology improvements in our supply chain to give better availability of inventory and improve the warehousing & logistics execution to our customers.
• Participate and/or drive relevant cross functional business and/or IT projects.
• Monitor performance indicators, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Utilize SAP and other IT tools to enhance productivity.
• Foster continuous improvement across Business Areas and Global Sales.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of SOPs and work instructions within the quality systems.

Knowledge, skills and experience

• Master's degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management/International Business Administration or 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in BI tools, ERP systems (especially SAP), and MS Excel
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and ability to drive process improvements
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in English
