Picture yourself at the helm, overseeing approximately 6 plants during your shift. From maintaining steady-state operations, to handling full plant restart events, every moment promises excitement and challenge. As a Remote Operator 1, your duties will be to:

- Safeguard plant operations, ensuring safety, reliability, and efficiency via cutting-edge computer interfaces

- Rise to the occasion during process upsets and plant issues, troubleshooting with finesse

- Manage alarms and respond swiftly to maintain operational excellence

- Lead plant shutdowns and startups with precision and expertise

- Navigate power management and emergency responses seamlessly

- Keep a vigilant eye on key performance indicators, promptly addressing any deficiencies

- Serve as a crucial liaison, communicating plant status and performance to drive business success

- Provide on-the-spot support for non-ROC plants, showcasing your adaptability and expertise

- Uphold the integrity of our Operations Network through rigorous adherence to security protocols

You will work i four weeks of day shifts (12-hour shifts; 630am - 645pm) with the following schedule; four days on, five days off, five days on, four days off five days on, four days off. Then, the next four weeks, you are on nights (630pm - 645am) with the same rotation as to days on and off. This means you are getting 14 days off for every four-week period. Most of our candidates love it. But you absolutely must be open to this. You are off work over half the year.
