Job Summary This Web Producer will: Work through requests for modifications to existing web content. Manages all content updates for the BCH main website and microsites through the use of the Content Management System (CMS). Advise internal clients on web best practices regarding content layout, working within the framework of existing templates. Adapts content from clients for target audiences. Update content on website with tags, etc. Works with clients to identify KPIs to monitor website performance. Provides regular reporting on website statistics via Google Analytics. Actively seeks new ways to increase website conversion of appointments. Monitor and maintain overall website health (resolving broken links, etc.) and regularly reports on status and related activities. Provide enterprise-level technical support to Sitecore (CMS) system end users. Maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues within area and across the department. To qualify, you must have: AS degree in Web programming or directly related field of study . At least one year of experience using an open source Content Management System (CMS), preferably Sitecore, and Word Press for the set up and management of short-term web pages. Knowledge of website HTML coding and ability to learn current CMS (Content management system) Familiarity with front end Java script for web design. Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and the associated tools to measure the effectiveness of web content (e.g., BrightEdge, etc.) A professional demeanor and ability to interact with senior level staff. Inquisitiveness with the ability to acquire an understanding of the organization, the work of supported clinicians and medical terminology sufficient to optimize website content.
