Postdoctoral Fellow in High-Performance Electronic-Photonic Integrated Circuits | Harvard University - Military Veterans

Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences Department/Area: Electrical Engineering Position Description: A postdoctoral position is available in Prof. Gage Hills' Nano-Design Group at Harvard University. We are looking for candidates with a strong background in designing and testing high-speed transceiver circuits, with applications including high-performance electronic-photonic integrated circuits. For the post-doc position, the primary concentration would be on the electrical circuit design side, with expertise including: CMOS GHz analog front end for high-speed transceivers building blocks (data converters, power amplifiers, etc.) On-chip high-accuracy controllable oscillators for modulation and digital logic (VCOs, PLLs, etc.) On-chip wireless communication systems (THz antennas, LNAs, mixers, etc.) Basic Qualifications: Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or closely related field is required by the start date.
