Position: Marketing Specialist - Industrial Markets , Global Corporate Headquarters

Reports To: Marketing Manager - Industrial Markets , Corporate Headquarters

Location: Easton, Pennsylvania 18040

Aligned with the sales growth strategy, the Marketing Specialist - Industrial Markets is responsible for spearheading the strategic development and implementation of integrated B2B marketing communication programs targeting the global industrial construction industry , with a focus on Infrastructure, Energy, Oil & Gas, and Mining .

Victaulic is looking for a candidate who has experience working with sales leadership , agencies, in-house teams, and cross-functional groups .

The ideal candidate is a curious and optimistic individual , with direct expertise in driving content development, strategic campaigns, event coordination and public relations for a B2B market.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for driving strategic alignment with industrial sales leaders
  • Collaborate with local and global sales, marketing, and business partners to conceptualize and implement compelling marketing programs in a regulated environment
  • Bridge internal and external resources to strategically lead and develop tactical plans and drive them to completion. Tactical areas may include sales collateral (technical, marketing, training), digital (social, website, video, email, SEO), public relations, events and thought leadership ( i.e. whitepapers, blog posts, etc.)
  • Assist in development of annual marketing plans
  • Leverage market insights and voice-of-customer to create concise and value-oriented content to differentiate Victaulic amongst competitors
  • Serve as a brand ambassador to ensure all corporate graphic standards and guidelines are met
  • Plan , execut e and provide onsite support for industrial market s tradeshows and events
  • Drive strong interdepartmental coordination , collaboration and communication
  • Identify areas for improvement within the marketing department processes to support the company's overall objectives

Qualifications

  • College degree in marketing and/or communications desired
  • 5 + years of e xperience in B2B marketing . Construction industry experience desired, but not required. Provide specific content examples
  • Proven success in developing compelling content in written, verbal, and visual forms
  • Ability to develop strategic and innovative marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Robust collaboration and leadership skill s
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • M ust have computer skills and knowledge of relevant software including MS Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, SharePoint, Teams/ Zoom, desired.
  • Ability to clearly present complex information
  • Strong organizational and scheduling skills
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with outside vendors, customers and sales teams
  • Flexibility to travel for events, and jobsite visits as needed - 15 % travel
  • Ability to meet deadlines, budgets and objectives with quality work
  • Ability to work independently when required and/or across regions/time zones as part of an engaged global team
