Assistant Professor of Business

The Department of Business Administration at Illinois Wesleyan University (IWU) invites applications for a new tenure-track position at the rank of assistant professor. Employment will begin August 2024. The department seeks a faculty member who can teach a variety of business classes. We are especially interested in candidates who can teach courses in the following fields:

Organizational Management

Supply Chain Management

Sales Management

Entrepreneurship.

In addition to teaching, this position requires mentoring business students, participating in university service, assisting with curriculum management, and engaging in appropriate scholarship.

Candidates must have graduated from a regionally accredited institution. Applicants are expected to have earned a PhD or DBA in a business-related field by August 1, 2024. Candidates with a JD possessing exceptional professional experience which promotes our experiential learning emphasis will also be considered.
