Adjunct Faculty - Physician Assistant Studies - Military Veterans

The Department of Physician Assistant (PA) Studies at Augsburg University invites applications for part-time adjunct faculty positions to teach during the 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 academic years. Responsibilities include teaching students through small group facilitation, including courses in Anatomy, History and Physical Examination, and Clinical Practice Seminar. In addition, the PA department may have opportunities for clinical instructors in hospital or clinic-based settings. This is a union position, covered by a collective bargaining agreement with SEIU.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Physician Assistant Certification (NCCPA)
- Licensed or eligible for PA licensure in the state of Minnesota
- Master's Degree in PA, education, or related field
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Teaching experience in online, hybrid, and/or in-person formats.
- Doctoral degree in healthcare, education, or related field
