The base pay range for this position is $225,000-$250,000. Salary is negotiated annually. Position description The Division of Hematology-Oncology ( https://hem-onc.ucsd.edu/ ) in the Department of Medicine and the Hemophilia and Thrombosis Treatment Center at the University of California San Diego are committed to academic excellence and diversity within the faculty, staff and student body and is recruiting hematologists to further build and expand the multidisciplinary programs of the Department of Medicine and the Hemophilia Treatment Center. We are seeking candidates who are committed to excellence in patient care and who are interested in research and medical education involving hemostasis/thrombosis. The selected candidates will provide clinical care to hemophilia/hematology patients in the outpatient/inpatient setting, be involved in the teaching of fellows and hematology research. The appropriate series and appointment will be based on the candidate's background and experience. Candidates must be Board certified or Board eligible in Hematology-Oncology.
