Position Overview:

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Employee to join our team. As a pivotal member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and enhancing our brand's presence in the hospitality industry. Your exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and ability to cultivate client relationships will contribute to the continued success of our renowned hospitality brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and actively pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories, markets, or industries.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by prospecting, cold calling, networking, and leveraging industry connections.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and showcase the value of Aimbridge Hospitality's offerings.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts that align with client requirements and company goals.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote Aimbridge Hospitality's services and establish a strong industry presence.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless communication and alignment of strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in CRM systems.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics, contributing to the overall revenue growth of Aimbridge Hospitality.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality, travel, or related industries.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to articulate the value proposition of Aimbridge Hospitality's offerings.
  • Strategic mindset and the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as within a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Flexibility to travel as required for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
