Key Responsibilities:

- Ensuring accuracy in all financial documents, postings, and figures.
- Managing secure organization of files, records, cash and equivalents in line with our policies.
- Processing numerical and financial data, maintaining financial records using modern finance tools.
- Generating, auditing, and distributing financial and accounting reports.
- Executing period-end closing procedures, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Resolving past due accounts and vendor invoices, aiming for swift resolution and full payment.
- Preparing daily consolidated deposits of cash received and handling Cash Variances.
- Ensuring cleanliness and propriety in uniform and personal appearance.
- Maintaining positive working relationships and listening and responding appropriately to the concerns of colleagues.
- The role involves occasional lifting and moving of objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
