Key Responsibilities include:

- Patrolling all areas of the property and assisting guests with room access.

- Monitoring security systems like Closed Circuit Televisions, perimeter alarm system, duress alarms, and fire life safety system.

- Responding to emergencies, administering first aid/CPR, or contacting EMS as required.

- Defusing disturbances and handling complaints in a manner that reflects our commitment to excellent customer service.

- Documenting all security-related incidents in detailed reports.

- Conducting investigations, gathering evidence, and interviewing relevant parties.

Marriott also asks that their team present a clean and professional appearance, comply with all company policies, and develop positive relationships with your team - contributing to their overall team-readiness. While physically demanding tasks may occasionally arise, those accustomed to military life will find these challenges well within their capabilities.
