Laser Field Service Engineer - Military Veterans

As a Field Service Engineer, you are the face of the company. You will provide installation, repair and maintenance services on laser cutting machines at customer sites in your local metropolitan area, nationally and internationally as needed. You will be trained to be an expert in their machines to provide excellent customer service. Your travel will be out of town (overnight) 3-4 days per week on average and working at customer sites Mondays through Fridays.

In an average week, you will leave your house Monday morning and return Friday night, but you can have up to 12 weekends away from home. In certain cases, you could be scheduled for a mission on short notice, but in general, you would not work on the weekend.

Foundational skills needed for the role:

- Experience in electronics, digital circuits, wiring, mechanics, and hydraulics (an engineering degree not required)

- Focus on customer service and quality

- Experience in software and file management

- Willingness to travel

- Flexibility, professional demeanor, curiosity to learn and grow

Base salary, $65 - $95K, overtime is available, an annual bonus based on performance, pay raises as you become qualified. Full benefits, car allowance and more. You keep all travel miles/points.
