Jet Aviation in Basel is seeking a talented ERP IT Solution Analyst to enhance the IT applications for MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul), Completion (Design, Production, Installation), and Supply Chain Management (SCM). Your Role
- Support & Coordination : Execute 2nd level support and manage 3rd level activities for seamless IT operations
- Process Design : Collaborate with business SMEs to define future business processes using industry best practices
- Change Management : Drive and implement changes and small to medium-sized projects
- Documentation : Prepare specifications, work instructions, training materials, and other technical documents
- System Configuration : Perform system configurations, testing, and train key users to ensure effective system use
- Collaboration & Inspiration: Work with IT divisions, internal customers, and external service providers to foster innovation. Inspire team members by providing guidance and support

Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field
- Solid background in SAP-based projects, with a focus on logistics modules (MM, SD, PS, PM, PP)
- Strong understanding of the integration between logistics and FI/CO modules
- Excellent communication and process-oriented thinking, with the ability to document effectively in English
- Ability to perform system configuration tasks autonomously and with precision
