Position Summary

As a Global Training and Communications Intern of Jet Aviation, you will report to and work with the Global CRM team to assist on the planning, creation and implementation of training and communication material for our CRM platform Salesforce. This will be in-line with the global CRM learning strategy; demonstrating the value of Salesforce by providing comprehensive resources and support that empower users and Jet Aviation to be successful in engaging with our customers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of Salesforce through engaging and effective training materials.
  • Develop comprehensive video training content using state-of-the-art AI tools
  • Demonstrate dynamic capabilities in crafting impactful learning experiences
  • Contribute to a forward-thinking approach in training material creation
  • Develop and implement lines of communication on CRM within the organization that drive employee engagement and help shape internal customer culture
  • Support in the creation and execution of multi-channel communications employees in a creative and timely manner
  • Ensure ongoing measurement of communications, engagement and success

Minimum Requirements

  • Enrolled in university degree in the field of communications, media or related area
