Agile Certified Project Manager specializing in Data Visualization through Business Intelligence, full lifecycle IT Software Development, Project Management, and Cross-functional teams.

Required Skills:

Communication Skills: The ability to build and maintain long-term relationships and to vary communications based on circumstances and need. Strong listening skills are equally important. Provide thought leadership in areas of the candidate's expertise that assist the project or program in meeting the customer's mission objectives.

Support and Make Decisions: Provide sound justification and professional feedback that facilitate senior-level leadership decision-making. Make decisions that provide value and benefit to the customer mission while balanced across budget, scope and time. Communicate decisions to leadership in a timely manner.

Self Motivation: Work in an environment without close supervision. Must be adaptable to change.
Team-Work: Work cohesively and interactively with Agile teams and participate as a team member.
Problem-Solving: Must be adept at proactively identifying risks, issues or problems. Evaluate solutions, identify root cause, and implement plans to resolve problems. Escalate risks, issues or problems as appropriate with recommended mitigation approaches.

Customer Confidence: Build trust with the customer through customer interactions by communicating confidence and professionalism. Exercise flexibility and patience; demonstrate an ability to empathize with customer needs and objectives.

Position Requirements:

• PMI-ACP
• Certified Scrum Master
• Certified Product Owner
• Six Sigma Yellow Belt
• Master's degree and 15 years of related work experience or equivalent.
