Operations Lead - Military Veterans

We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer service oriented Incident Operations Lead to join our team in Washington, DC to begin an exciting and challenging career with Unisys Federal Systems.

In this role, you will provide guidance to subordinates based on organizational goals and company policy.  Work is reviewed in terms of meeting objectives and schedules. Established operating policies and procedures that affect subordinate organizational units. Interprets, executes, and recommends modifications to organizational policies. Accomplish results through, and acts as an advisor to subordinate managers to meet schedules or resolve technical or operational problems. Develops and administers budgets, schedules, and performance standards. Assist in the development of overall objectives and long range goals for the assigned area. May be responsible for managing a staff function of the company.

Also may be responsible for providing senior level staff support in a major geographic area (region or country) by influencing significant business process improvements and controlling/ monitoring critical activities involved in the achievement of customer schedules, financial, service delivery, operational and quality objectives.

Bachelors Degree and 10 years experience leading operations in an IT environment.

ITIL Foundations Certification. 

Certified Scrum Master.
