SQL Server DBA - Military Veterans

We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented SQL Server Database Administrator to join our team at Edwards AFB, CA to begin an exciting and challenging career with Unisys Federal Systems.

In this role you will apply advanced knowledge of SQL Server 2012/2014 to perform as a database administrator and perform vulnerability management activities are required. Familiarity with requirements gathering; design, develop, test and deploy applications utilizing technologies including but not limited to JavaScript, ASP.NET, C#, and/or JavaScript is desired.


Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Perform SQL Server database administration and vulnerability mitigation.
• Prepare technical documentation related to database operations.
• Self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently.
• Ability to work independently or cooperatively with other team members.
• Provide high quality, customer-oriented end user support for applications and databases.

Requirements:

• US Citizen
• Current Secret/TS clearance with investigation within 5 years
• Security+ certification or equivalent or ability to certify within 30 days
• Bachelor's degree and minimum 10 years of experience or equivalent.
