NAWCAD Lakehurst, NJ provides design, development, test, manufacture, fielding and sustainment of naval Aviation Support Equipment and Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment that can be safely, effectively and efficiently operated and maintained by Sailors and Marines. We provide full life cycle support for critical equipment to safely launch and recover aircraft from ships and expeditionary airfields. Our unique and vital role provides U.S. Navy/Marine Corps technologically superior and readily available tools.  We employ ~2,000 civilian and military personnel, including engineers, scientists, cybersecurity specialists, logisticians, contract specialists, business/financial management support, program managers, and skilled artisans.
