Find Your Ohio

Find Your Ohio is a national talent attraction program that proactively drives in-demand talent to the state of Ohio by matching out-of-state candidate resumes with openings at Ohio organizations. Find Your Ohio works with both public and private sector organizations looking for transitioning military, veteran and civilian talent.

The program is led by JobsOhio, a private nonprofit economic development corporation designed to drive job creation and new capital investment in Ohio through business attraction, retention, and expansion. The organization also works to seed talent production in its targeted industries and to attract talent to Ohio through Find Your Ohio.
