A Snapshot of Your Day
The Nuclear Service Sales Integrator is a regionally focused commercial role supporting nuclear power service in RNA. Responsibilities include development of strategic offerings and proposal follow up as well as maintaining accurate financial and feedback status for all commercial offerings in the Nuclear Region.
This role will be working closely with a platform team that includes Power System Sales (PSS), Nuclear District Service Manager (DSM) and steam turbine and generator Product Lines with a goal of growing business opportunities while meeting or exceeding business unit financial and risk thresholds.
Responsibilities include a strong understanding of customer needs, nuclear market conditions and trends, creation of commercial offers, expediting commercial requests and SEI obtaining executive management approval (if required).
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop winning bid and pricing strategy.
- Support outage planning and scope expansion for services offerings within the nuclear region.
- Lead negotiations for Outage Services, Nuclear Alliances and Plant Modernizations.
- Analyze Request for Quote (RFQ) from Customers and the field sales organization.
- Develop commercial packages that highlight OEM added new value.
- Work closely with steam turbine and generator product lines to optimize proposals with latest available technology.
- Collaborate with operations to develop cost estimates and project scheduling that meets customer’s request.
- Participate in customer facing meetings to identify customer needs, market drivers and act as the voice of customer internally. Expect 25-30% travel to customer headquarters and plant sites.
- Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their respective SalesForce opportunities.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering.
- 5+ years of combined experience in power generation; preferably with Generator or Steam Turbine Field Service experience (those with more or less experience may be consider for one of two openings).
- Strong customer focus with proven communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in the development of complex commercial service-related offerings.
- Basic understanding in Salesforce.com, MicroSoft Office suite, Tableau, & Statistical Analysis is preferred.
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

Our Gas Services division offers low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and turbine generators under one roof, including nuclear steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
