Responsibilities

The RF Engineer will be responsible for design, design review, acceptance, approval, and troubleshooting a broad array of wireless communication networks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The RF Engineer who will be responsible for Design, Analyze and Launch/Optimize the 3G, 4G LTE and 5G Wireless Communication Networks. Perform RF Design for Network Expansion or Capacity Add using Atoll and Asset. Troubleshoot issues during Deployment and Launch of Wireless communication networks. Make recommendations for system performance enhancements using RF Drive Test Data, Design Data and Network Performance Data. Process and analyze Network Performance Data available within the Wireless/Telecom. Must have master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Application or equivalent qualifications, with 1 year of progressive experience in above job duties required. Qualifications

Skills and Experience:


  • Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Application or equivalent qualifications, with 1 year of progressive experience in above job duties required.

  • Demonstrated knowledge in several of the following platforms and/or technologies: 3G, 4G LTE and 5G. Atoll and Asset.

  • Experience with office computer applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, OneNote, and Mapping tools.

  • Adaptive and quick learner.

  • Great personal communication skills.
