Job Overview:
The Field Service Engineer will be assisting with liquid, solid and gas equipment commissioning, troubleshooting, liquid/gas/solid canister changes, data collection and facilitate prompt return of empty cylinders and canisters . Training will be provided to help the candidate increase competency and progress in the company .
Responsibilities:
- P rovide professional quality of work and support to Entegris Customers .
- Solid, liquid , gas delivery system Set-up
- Chemical canister replacement
- Troubleshooting
- Maintenance
- System Upgrade
- Modifications for Improvement
- Data collection
- Make sure your customers are satisfied and lessen the complaining
Qualifications: (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities , Education, Experience )
- technical degree in engineering, science or chemistry field required
- Experience in field support/service of similar experience in a n equipment company
- CVD/CMP/WET/Implant module EE&PE experience will be advantage .
- Strong verbal and written communication and customer interface skills.
- Proactiveness in opportunities, data collection, customer needs and requirement, and in problem solving.
- Conversational English Skill
