Vacancy ID: NF0008128 Position Summary/Description: Assist the head coach with all aspects of the Women's Rowing program including but not limited to: practice competition activities, player skill development, recruiting, directing and implementing plans for daily practices and competitions, organizing and administering clinics, etc., and overall administrative tasks within the operation of the program. Must demonstrate integrity, leadership, a strong commitment and ability to motivate, teach, counsel, and recruit academically qualified students. Education and Experience: 2-5 years of coaching experience in an intercollegiate environment. Prefer experience at a Division I level or competitive collegiate rowing experience.
