Responsibilities include: Data entry; Data analysis; Answering customer inquiries; and Employment transactions and records management to support employment, recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits administration, payroll, and compliance. Required Qualifications: Desire to work in a team environment where priorities change rapidly; Must have superior communication and customer service skills, high attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills; Ability to prioritize work and willingness to be flexible; Ability to multitask; Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and/or automated processing and data entry; and Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, e-mail, and navigation of the Internet and web applications. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Ellucian Banner and Microsoft Access; and Human Resources experience.
