Maintenance Technician | Pinellas Park, Florida
Full-time | Onsite | First, second, or third shift available
Temp-to-hire: Client will convert to permanent in 4-6 months and may consider direct hire for exceptionally qualified candidates with automation experience.
Pay: $35+/hr depending on experience
Kelly Engineering is currently seeking several Maintenance Technicians for a long-term engagement for our client in Pinellas Park, FL.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems in a manufacturing environment
- Perform reactive, preventative, and predictive maintenance to support production equipment
- Lead Technical and Process Improvement Projects
- Analyze production data, identify trends, and offer recommendations for improvement.
- Create, maintain, and improve documentation related to equipment and manufacturing processes
- Provide design input on custom-fabricated equipment and equipment parts
- Train Technicians and Machine Operators
Basic Qualifications
- 3 years or more Electro-Mechanical Maintenance
- Experience in industrial preventative maintenance (electric motors, gearboxes, pneumatic cylinders, cams, bearings, VFD systems, sensors, servos, potentiometers, heaters, and burners)
- Experience interpreting electrical schematics, specifications, manuals, and blueprints
Nice to haves
- AAS Degree or Vocational Education
- Experience working with PLC/HMI software
- Vision software experience
